About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced operator to join this leading but currently expanding hospitality and leisure group based in London with sites across the whole of the UK, with 30 plus sites and growing, looking to add another 3 sites in the next year, keen to grow. These sites all have a great mix of food and drinks, great business to put your stamp on and have an impact. If you like the hospitality sector and you have experience managing a large-scale business across the UK, this could be for you. The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own but report to the COO/CEO. This mindset will allow for massive opportunities to move this business forward – opening experience would be essential for this role, and coming from a leading hospitality operator will be key for my client. These sites are all unique to the location and the client is keen to speak to talent with some branded experience; must have over 50 million turnover experience and be in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational team, Marketing and Sales, and have a dotted line with other Head Office functions.
- Improve product quality and consistency.
- Increase productivity and develop the customer base.
- Maintain and increase profitability across all areas of the business.
- Lead new openings and manage Area Managers.

- Excellent proven experience as a senior operator from the hospitality and leisure industry sector.
- Experience managing a large scale business across the UK.
