- Lead the operational team, marketing and sales, with dotted line collaboration with other Head Office functions.
- Improve product quality and consistency, increase productivity, develop customer base, and maintain and increase profitability across all areas of the business.
- Manage new openings and oversee Area Managers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent proven experience as a senior operator in the pub/bar sector.
- Experience managing Area Managers / Operations Managers.
- Background in leading London pub operators advisable.
