Location: Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, Alfreton Fire Station, Turnpike Close, Alfreton DE55 7AD

Salary: GBP 52,413 – 57,461 (pro rata if 30 hours)

Hours: Option for 30 or 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the way: Play a key role in the development and delivery of the overall strategy for the Occupational Health Department.
  • Provide expert advice: Offer advice and guidance to managers and employees to support attendance and wellbeing at work.
  • Manage complex cases: Triage referrals and manage your own caseload.
  • Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with colleagues and participate in case conferences and meetings.
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives and awareness: Develop and promote strategies to boost employee health and wellbeing.
  • Analysis and governance: Analyse data and trends to inform decision making and drive performance improvements.
