Responsibilities
- Deliver a holistic, flexible curriculum blending academic, personal, and life skills.
- Adapt curriculum to meet the needs of learners with various abilities.
- Set ambitious, highly personalised targets based on current learning gaps.
- Use creative strategies to engage vulnerable, disengaged learners.
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to support each learner.
Qualifications
- QTS / PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification (Essential).
- Core strength in KS3/KS4 Maths / Functional Skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with vulnerable learners.
- Reflective mindset and a desire to work in a collaborative, supportive team.
- Resilience and willingness to adapt from mainstream to alternative provision.
