Who are you?
The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who Is Reliable, Empathetic, And Ready To Jump In And Make a Difference As a SEN Teaching Assistant. We Are Looking For a SEN Teaching Assistant With
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent.
- An understanding of child development and best practices for SEN assistance.

As a Teaching Assistant focused on SEN support, you will be the childs champion. Your day:to:day responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant will include:
- One:to:One Support: Focusing on both the childs academic progress and personal, social, and emotional development.
- Tailored Learning: Implementing specific learning and development plans under the guidance of the Class Teacher or SENCO.
- Emotional and Social Support: Offering a consistent and vital source of encouragement, helping the child feel secure and confident.
- Positive Environment: Fostering an inclusive, encouraging, and structured learning atmosphere.
