A leading civil engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sub Agent to join our team on a highway project in the Norwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a project that will improve the region's infrastructure and transportation network.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the successful execution of the highways package, ensuring adherence to project specifications, deadlines, and safety standards.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the earthworks team, including coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Oversee excavation, fill, and compaction operations, ensuring proper techniques, soil management, and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of work progress and any issues that arise, including daily site diaries.
