The Role
This ambitious law firm is looking for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded Real Estate Group, working in the food and agribusiness sector. The successful candidate will undertake and assist with a wide range of real estate work including sales, purchases and advisory work relating to farms, landed estates and agricultural land. You will be working with farmers, landowners, investors, trustees, charities, and rural businesses, building long-term relationships with clients and professional advisers. There are also clear opportunities for further career development as you expand your expertise at this firm.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from those with 1:5 years PQE, with experience ideally gained within agricultural property work; however, strong commercial property experience and a genuine interest in agricultural work will also be considered. Along with this, you should also be enthusiastic towards building and strengthening relationships with clients and colleagues, as well have the flexibility to work with several team members and be able to manage your time effectively.
