Based at an outstanding special school provision in Northolt, this full-time role focuses on supporting Year 7 pupils through a nurturing, tailored approach as they adjust to their new environment.
You will deliver an adapted curriculum with high support, collaborate with therapists and parents, and embed EHCP outcomes into daily practice.
