Job Description:
As our Sales Administrator, you will be working closely with the business development team to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to overall business growth. This will be achieved by paying particular attention to maintaining accurate customer records and data and providing regular feedback on customer trends and preferences. You will also be managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
