Requirements:
- Hold a valid CSCS card and be immediately available.
Responsibilities:
- Sanitation of shared facilities: daily deep cleaning and disinfecting of high-traffic communal areas, including site toilets, shower blocks, changing rooms, and drying rooms to maintain strict health and safety compliance.
- Canteen and rest area maintenance: cleaning, wiping down, and sanitising tables, countertops, microwaves, and fridges in the welfare canteen; ensuring hand sanitising stations and soap dispensers are fully restocked.
- Waste management and housekeeping: regularly emptying waste bins, disposing of site refuse into designated skips, mopping or vacuuming floors across all site offices, meeting rooms, and induction cabins.
