- Monday to Friday: GBP18.00 holiday accrual, GBP20.17 holiday included, GBP23.73 umbrella

- Sunday/Bank Holidays: GBP22.00 holiday accrual, GBP24.65 holiday included, GBP29.01 umbrella
Job Type: Contract – Ongoing
Shifts: Early mornings 00:00 to 02:30 starts
Shift availability: Friday to Tuesday or Saturday to Wednesday with additional overtime available.
The Role:
Driver Resource is recruiting Class 1 Drivers for RXO on the Costco contract based at Crick. The driver will transport 1/2 trunks per day to Costco stores, with possible return collection from suppliers. The vehicle is pad‑locked and only opened by store staff; drivers may help with loading only at the client’s customer sites. Average hours are 10:12 per day, minimum 8 hours; weekday hours can be longer in busy periods; weekend shifts shorter. Shift scheduling is planned a week in advance; details are texted daily by 9:30 am the previous day. The contract employs agency staff only; operation runs 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
Qualifications:
- Class 1 driver’s licence with 6 months relevant experience
- Digital Tacho Card and Driver Qualification Card
- No more than 6 points on licence
- No more than 6 points on DR or IN conviction codes
- Age 21 or older
Benefits & Extra Info:
Annual driver’s bonus scheme: £600 vouchers awarded at Christmas to drivers who complete 12 months, meet criteria of minimum 15 shifts per month, zero no‑shows, zero tachograph infringements, no avoidable accidents, and adhere to safety rules.
