Overview

  • The ideal Childcare Lawyer will have excellent experience in covering all types of childcare matters.
  • You will have experience of advising on special guardianship orders, adoption, private children law matters, care and interim orders as well as emergency protection orders.
  • With at least 3 years PQE you will be more than confident in managing your own caseload.
  • You should also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships, providing a first:class service to clients.
  • You will ideally have strong advocacy experience and be Children Panel accredited or working toward to the accreditation.
  • The successful Childcare Lawyer will be a good team player, focused on providing exceptional service and advice to clients.
