The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, advising a diverse client base on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will manage files from instruction through to completion while building long‑term client relationships and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department. This role offers genuine responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives with experience handling a broad range of private client matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload and committed to delivering exceptional client care. Experience advising on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters is essential. STEP qualification would be advantageous but is by no means essential. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and keen to play an active role in business development and networking initiatives.
