Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll be responsible for a comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance program.
- Carry out electrical planned preventative maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of all electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and servicing of plant and equipment, including motors, control panels, switchgear, and lighting systems.
- Perform statutory inspections such as fixed wire testing and Portable Appliance Testing and maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Diagnose faults and perform reactive repairs on a wide range of electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and other relevant industry standards.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and provide recommendations.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and promote a safe working environment.
- Provide technical and professional support to management.
Qualifications
- A C and G Level 3 (2365) qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in building services and plant engineering, with at least 5 years as a maintenance craftsman.
- Previous experience as an Authorised Person for one or more disciplines, such as LV, Mechanical Services, Confined Spaces, or Boiler and Pressure Systems.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to participate in an on‑call rota.
- Vetting clearance.
- UK passport.
