Are you an ambitious Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer looking to join a firm where your contribution is valued, your career development is encouraged, and your work-life balance is respected? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm seeking a confident and personable conveyancing professional to join its thriving Residential Property department.

You will take ownership of a varied and busy residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional service to clients. Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, you will be managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.

The Candidate

As the successful Residential Property Lawyer you will be able to demonstrate strong residential conveyancing experience and possess the ability to manage a caseload independently. With strong organisational and communication skills you will have a proactive approach to your work and have a positive, team-focused attitude along with a commitment to delivering high standards of service. You will have at least 2 years PQE in handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, part-qualified professionals, and experienced conveyancers qualified through experience.
