We are proud to partner with a prestigious global membership organisation seeking a Non-Executive Director with expertise in the hospitality and events industry. With a stunning event space on-site, the organisation is looking to maximise its potential by enhancing its events, catering, and hospitality strategy.
The Individual:
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality professional from either the events or catering space, with current and extensive knowledge of the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience serving on boards or advisory committees and possess a track record of strategic leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and industry insights to enhance the organisation’s hospitality and events operations.
- Advise on optimising venue usage, catering services, and event programming to drive member engagement and revenue.
- Support the executive team in identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovation within the hospitality sector.
- Ensure the organisation remains competitive by advising on emerging trends, sustainability initiatives, and evolving customer expectations.
- Participate in quarterly board meetings (3-4 per year), offering independent advice and governance oversight.
