We are working with a respected company expanding its commercial energy team. They are looking for a skilled, motivated Energy Assessor to deliver high-quality SBEM-based assessments across various commercial properties.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting non-domestic energy assessments from home using SBEM software
  • Creating clear reports with energy efficiency recommendations
  • Advising clients on compliance, overheating risks, and sustainability
  • Staying updated with building regulations and industry standards
  • Managing your own workload in a flexible, remote environment

What We Are Looking For

  • NDEA accreditation (Level 3 or 4)
