Salary: £23,696.40 to £27,758.64 per annum (Minimum wage +12 uplift for the night shift)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our growing operations team. This role is responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of technology equipment, ensuring customer orders are prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering an excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across all warehouse areas.
- Accurately labelling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment to meet customer and courier requirements.
- Supporting goods:in and goods:out processes to ensure operational deadlines are achieved.
- Conducting visual and system quality checks on products prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Updating warehouse systems and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Assisting with stock rotation and organisation to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to support operational priorities.
- Reporting damaged stock, equipment faults, or health and safety concerns promptly to management.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities to help improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
- Ensuring all customer equipment is handled with care and in line with company procedures.
- Meeting productivity and accuracy targets within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Assisting with packaging and shipment preparation for high‑value technology equipment.
- Following company security procedures when handling customer devices and confidential assets.
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and order progress.
- Operating warehouse equipment and machinery (where trained and authorised) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Escalating potential delays or operational risks that may impact customer delivery commitments.
