Duties For The Role Of Newly Qualified Architect

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings
• Work alongside senior members of the team on project coordination
• Work on planning applications, building regulations, and technical design
• Work alongside the team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard

Requirements For The Role Of Newly Qualified Architect

• ARB registered
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect would be desirable
• Strong Post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
• Strong drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
