The successful Newly Qualified Architect will have a keen eye for detail, boast design flare and have substantial post qualification experience across the RIBA stages with strong technical abilities.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

1. Couple of years of post-Part Two qualification experience
2. ARB registered
3. Capable at working across all RIBA Work Stages
4. Demonstrable technical expertise
5. Boast design flare
6. Proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp is preferred
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Ability to work well in a team environment
9. Managing a small team assisting with development
10. Cultivate strong client relationships
11. Live locally to Hampshire
12. Passionate about creativity
