The Role
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring excellent client service throughout.
The Candidate
- Experience with sales, purchases, transfers, new build purchases, buy‑to‑lets, freehold, leasehold, lease extensions, shared ownership, help‑to‑buy schemes, ISAs, remortgage and panel work.
- Experience with company mortgages, equity release, title advice and rectification.
- Experience liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors, while maintaining strong communication and building long‑lasting client relationships.
- Strong organisation, proactivity and professionalism.
