Daily Duties
- Assisting with concept design, feasibility studies and design development
- Producing drawings, models and presentation material
- Supporting planning submissions and design reports
- Liaising with internal team members and external consultants
- Attending meetings, site visits and design reviews
- Contributing to collaborative studio discussions and project delivery
Ideal Candidate
- RIBA Part I qualified in Architecture
- Some post-Part I professional experience preferred
- Strong design, graphic and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Revit)
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a team environment
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ideally based locally to Newcastle
