As a tier‑one contractor, they deliver highly complex, essential social infrastructure projects across the UK. - Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor onsite management teams (including Site Managers) and coordinate subcontractors.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you must be a highly organised, commercially astute leader with a proven track record of project managing construction schemes ideally with exposure to modern methods of construction (MMC), fast‑track modular delivery, or traditional builds within education and health sectors.
