An excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new professional challenge.
Applications are invited from experienced Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years' PQE. The successful candidate will manage a diverse and high-quality employment caseload including:
- Drafting employment contracts and policies
- Advising on settlement agreements
- Providing corporate support
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal matters such as unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, contributing to their ongoing development. You will be joining a friendly, supportive and collaborative team that provides comprehensive employment and HR advice to both employers and employees.
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE demonstrating strong technical expertise across the full range of employment law matters. You will be commercially aware and confident in delivering clear, practical and solution-focused advice to clients in a fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent advocacy and drafting skills, with a proven ability to manage complex Employment Tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, enabling you to build and maintain trusted client relationships and work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
