Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work. Your clients will include owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks.
