An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a varied and high quality caseload of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters and development projects. The role involves advising on a broad range of landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters and commercial licences, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client service and building long term client relationships.

The Candidate

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property law, with a proven track record in landlord and tenant work and property finance matters.
  • You will be commercially astute, client focused and committed to providing a consistently high level of service.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and client handling skills, with the ability to advise clients across a wide range of business sectors.
  • Senior Solicitors with an established network of contacts are also encouraged and will have the opportunity to discuss a clear pathway to partnership, whether immediate or in the near future.
