- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology‑related agreements. Includes outsourcing, procurement, IT cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, agency, distribution and franchising.
- The appointed Lawyer will lead client matters and build strong relationships while collaborating with firm‑wide teams.
- Supporting the business and assisting Senior Lawyers in supervising junior staff.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial law.
- Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction or the public sector is beneficial.
