We’re looking for an experienced asbestos dual skilled consultant to join our growing team in the Newcastle/North East area. This role is ideal for someone trained as both an asbestos surveyor analyst, ready to deliver high-quality work across a variety of environments. You’ll carry out a mix of surveying and analytical duties, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, as well as four-stage clearances and air monitoring (background, reassurance, and personal testing). The role offers a great opportunity to grow with a supportive company and contribute to important safety work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct asbestos surveys in line with HSG:264
- Perform air monitoring and four-stage clearances
- Record data using mobile software systems
- Communicate with clients and provide expert advice
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Experience as an asbestos dual skilled consultant
- Knowledge of UK asbestos legislation
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible and professional work ethic
