Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around Hackney areas. Responsibilities: Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting. Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience. Requirements: Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided. NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade. Strong Health and Safety knowledge. Experience of working in both occupied and void properties.
