Join a leading FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a mobile contract.
Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available) GBP33,000 - GBP35,000 + van + Fuel Card. Mobile contract covering sites across Wimbledon and Richmond.
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: Door hanging
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage and flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting and Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Basic electrical: lamp changes, sockets
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
- Trades qualifications: C and G / NVQ
- Painting and Decorating
- Full drivers license
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
