I am working with a great client looking to drive expansion in their European leisure/hospitality portfolio, with a focus on UK growth. Identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and securing long-term commercial deals. Operating across the full deal lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and balancing new business development with ongoing partner relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise and development opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution: sourcing, feasibility, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Negotiate complex franchise, management, and renewal agreements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, owners, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver new site developments
  • Assess real estate opportunities (location, design, financial structure, returns)
  • Optimise commercial models and contract structures for scalability and compliance
  • Actively network and travel to generate opportunities and strengthen partnerships

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in business development, acquisitions, or contracting
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills (high-value deals)
  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, or related sectors (preferred)
  • Ability to build networks and originate opportunities proactively
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
  • Real estate exposure beneficial but not essential
