Location: Milton Keynes (DS Smith Site, Anderson Gate, MK4 4AE)
Position Type: Full‑time, temporary contract (3 months initially)

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off – 12‑hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

What You’ll Be Doing Daily:
- Operate FLT counterbalance and reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organise heavy stock.
- Load and unload goods, managing safe intake and dispatch from transport vehicles.
- Ensure seamless, accurate inventory flow throughout the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a pristine, hazard‑free work area and adhere to all facility health and safety regulations.
What We Need From You (Essential Criteria):
- Valid dual licensing: current FLT counterbalance AND reach licences.
- Practical hands‑on experience operating reach and counterbalance trucks in a busy, high‑pressure warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Fully comfortable with a continuous 4 on / 4 off rotation of 12‑hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Excellent communication skills, strong physical stamina for manual warehouse duties, proactive, team‑first work ethic.
