Responsibilities

  • Join a busy and well-respected construction disputes team, handling a varied mix of work including development agreements, building contracts, tender issues and development finance disputes.
  • Work closely with experienced practitioners on complex matters, with plenty of support and scope to develop specialist skills in construction disputes.

  • Comfortable managing a range of disputes work and confident picking up unfamiliar tasks with the right level of guidance.
  • A practical, common-sense approach and the ability to apply legal principles in a commercial way are key.
