An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Agent to join a residential lettings and property management business supporting landlords with property lettings, tenant sourcing, valuations and ongoing property management.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of GBP 27,000 : GBP 29,000 plus GBP 1,000 : GBP 3,000 annual bonus and benefits.
- You will be responsible for
- Conducting property visits and gathering information required for rental marketing.
- Carrying out property valuations and advising on rental market considerations.
- Arranging photographs, measurements and property details for advertising and management purposes.
- Obtaining relevant property documentation and certificates.
- Identifying property condition or maintenance requirements and supporting follow: up action.
- Supporting property inspections and coordinating general maintenance requirements.
- Responding to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
- Keeping databases, records and correspondence accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the wider team with day: to: day branch and administrative activities.
- What we are looking for
- Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Consultant, Lettings Coordinator, Property Administrator, Estate Agent or in a similar role
- Have prior administrative experience
- Ideally have lettings or property management experience ,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal confidently with clients, tenants and colleagues.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel to properties within the required local catchment area.
- Shift
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30
- 1 Saturday in three and a day off in lieu.
