An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Agent to join a residential lettings and property management business supporting landlords with property lettings, tenant sourcing, valuations and ongoing property management.
As a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Agent, you will be supporting the lettings operation through property visits, marketing, client liaison, administration and coordination of property management activities.
This full: time permanent role offers a salary range of GBP 27,000 : GBP 29,000 plus GBP 1,000 : GBP 3,000 annual bonus and benefits.
- You will be responsible for
- Conduct rental property valuations and advise landlords on local rental market conditions.
- Visit properties to take photographs, measurements and gather accurate property details.
- Prepare and obtain the required information, documentation and certificates for property marketing.
- Liaise with landlords and prospective tenants, responding promptly to lettings enquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and other property contacts.
- Maintain accurate lettings records and ensure activities are carried out in line with relevant legal requirements.
- What we are looking for
- Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Consultant, Lettings Coordinator, Property Administrator, Estate Agent or in a similar role
- Have prior administrative experience
- Ideally have lettings or property management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal confidently with clients, tenants and colleagues.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel to properties within the required local catchment area.

- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30
- 1 Saturday in three and a day off in lieu.
