- What We Look For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum (experience with SATs preparation is highly advantageous but not essential).
- Confident classroom management skills and the ability to keep junior learners engaged, motivated, and focused.
- An adaptable, proactive approach, ready to hit the ground running in new school environments.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
