An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in a brand new specialist inpatient unit based in the Midhurst, West Sussex area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This is a leading specialist inpatient unit in Sussex for young adults aged 18–25 with eating disorders, providing care and treatment for both men and women.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
- Providing mentorship and support to team members
- Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified RMN with an active NMC PIN
- Strong teamwork skills
- High level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- Commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
