This warm and welcoming school is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is needed due to a current member of the team retiring after 25 years. This setting currently supports 100+ pupils between the ages of 4 and 19 years. The school is expanding in the next year and by April of 2027 will have capacity for a further 80 pupils. This setting offers every learner a tailored and 1:1 education that truly changes their lives. It supports children with moderate and severe learning difficulties including but not limited to Autism.
This setting boasts bright transitional spaces, inviting and modern classrooms, state of the art recreational areas, outdoor learning spaces and some added extras including a yoga studio, sensory rooms, state of the art gym and a staff relaxation room. This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full time opportunity. Applicants for this position must be available Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.
