Mechanical Fitter (Machine Assembly) – Taunton, Somerset
A GBP 18.29 Per Hour DOE + Premium Overtime Rates (5:10 Hours per Month) + Increasing Holidays (Up to 25 Days) + Bank Holidays + Free Parking + Sick Pay
37.5 Hours per Week: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 08:00 to 13:30
Mechanical Fitter required to work in a varied and technically challenging role. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with a global reputation during a busy period of growth.
Candidates will need to be a mechanical engineer with experience working in a technical assembly / machine fitting position. You will hold a relevant mechanical qualification and will have experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, hand tools and power tools.
Working in a team of 5:6 people, the successful Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for building and assembling special purpose machinery based from engineering drawings.
