We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a growing, innovative SME manufacturing organisation based in Warwick. This permanent role will play a key part in delivering high-quality mechanical and electromechanical design solutions, supporting projects from initial concept through to manufacture, installation, and ongoing product support. Operating within a fast-paced SME environment, this role will work closely with manufacturing, suppliers, sales, and customers to deliver robust, compliant, and commercially viable engineering solutions. The role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards.
