The Role

  • Lead the day:to:day kitchen operation.
  • Build strong relationships with the client.
  • Deliver fresh breakfast, lunch and hospitality.
  • Create seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Manage food costs, ordering and stock control.
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.
  • Take ownership of the mobilisation and site development.

About You

  • Previous Chef Manager or Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or Business and Industry.
  • Strong fresh food background.

  • Commercially aware with good organisational skills.
