Marketing Manager – \”Leisure + Wellness\”

Location: London

Salary: A£45,000 – A£50,000+

Role

I am currently working on an exciting opportunity within the wellness sector. Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team to drive the commercial marketing, brand and communications. Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy, leading campaigns, and evaluating the marketing performance data. You will be both analytical and creative, lead with integrity, and be deeply committed to the holistic wellness of both the team and the broader community.

The role:

1. Define and execute the marketing and communication activities.
2. Coordinate all marketing strategies and activities.
3. Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Deliver grassroots marketing activations and partnerships with local offices, businesses, clubs, and the community.
5. Oversee the creation of all marketing tools and promotional collateral.
6. Oversee the development and consistency of the brand across all platforms, ensuring it remains rooted in our core values.
7. Oversee and update website and online presence.
8. Undertake key project management, and be the creative lead on new ideas and ventures.
9. Manage any key client or brand partnership relations.

Experience:

1. Experience working in a marketing role within Leisure, wellness, or Retail.
2. Ability to multi-task multiple projects.
3. Previous experience working in a multi-faceted or high-volume organisation.
4. Understanding and knowledge of traditional advertising and marketing methods and tools.
5. Financial and budgetary competence.
6. Project planning.
7. High energy, quick thinker, proactive, and innovative.
