About Our Client: Our client is a Hospitality Group with diverse, varying concepts, attracting a wide range of customers. The group has substantial investment, making it an exciting time for the business moving forward. They have an excellent reputation in the industry and took London by storm a few years back, still in very strong growth for development to grow in Cardiff and Wales.

The Director of Marketing Position

This role will lead the development of multiple concepts and drive sales for the business through the delivery of brand, strategy, and marketing. You will oversee a team of about 7 at Head Office. You will set up and manage marketing budgets and develop and manage concept development and innovation within the business, working with a board-level team on the future vision for the wider group. You will also need to link all brand and marketing on an operational platform, providing analytics down to a customer level and delivering practical strategy.

The Right Director of Marketing

  1. Developed senior-level career in either brand development or marketing.
  2. Must have large team management and operations experience.
  3. Both creative and able to create amazing brand strategy, but also interested and skilled in delivery, change management, and rollout of concepts.
  4. Strong grasp of business and marketing strategy.
  5. 6 years industry experience in managing/marketing foodie concepts preferred.
  6. Degree level education is a bonus.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
