Looking to kick-start your career in marketing within a creative and supportive agency environment? Elf Marketing are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join their growing Client Services Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing projects within a friendly and ambitious agency. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to support campaign delivery, client communications, content creation and project coordination while developing valuable skills across multiple areas of marketing. Based in a stunning office location within the North York Moors National Park, this role offers the opportunity to work within a close-knit team away from the pressures of city commuting, whilst building a rewarding long-term career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery team in coordinating marketing projects from brief through to completion
- Assist with client communications and help maintain strong working relationships
- Support campaign delivery through proofreading, copywriting and creative input
- Help manage and update client content, including web-based systems and event listings
- Assist with administration, project organisation and day-to-day agency support
- Work closely with senior colleagues to learn account and project management skills

- Support wider business and marketing activities where required
- Continuously develop marketing knowledge and understanding of client sectors
Essential Skills And Experience:
- Degree educated (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and G Suite
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle insured for business use
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable Skills And Experience:
- Previous marketing experience, internship or placement year
- Experience within customer service, administration, hospitality or client-facing environments
- Interest in digital marketing, social media or content creation
- Exposure to project-based work or creative environments
- Interest in hospitality, food and drink or the pub industry
