We are recruiting a General Manager to lead a busy contract catering operation supporting a major construction project in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager or General Manager looking for a stable, long-term role with genuine progression opportunities. You will take full ownership of the operation, leading a team, managing client relationships and ensuring a consistently high-quality food offer for approximately 500 customers each day. With a Monday to Friday operation, daytime hours and a project expected to run for at least another three years, this role offers excellent stability and work-life balance.
