We are a leading UK dealership specializing in heavy plant and are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end servicing and repair activities, ensuring efficient operation of engineering resources and maintaining high service standards.

Location: Brownhills

Salary: GBP 32,000 – GBP 38,500 DOE + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineer diaries, materials, labour and other resources for efficient completion of jobs.
  • Quote for additional repairs identified.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards.
  • Adhere to timeframes and technical information, closing all jobs in a timely manner.
  • Strive to meet relevant KPIs.
  • Work one Saturday morning every four, with time off in lieu.

Qualifications:

  • Technical understanding within the heavy plant industry is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and email.
  • Understanding of mechanical terminology and ability to read and interpret technical reports.
  • Strong IT skills.
