As a Manufacturing Systems Trainer, you will ensure effective and timely training delivery for new technologies and processes, playing a key role in ensuring the global workforce is well‑prepared for deployment releases. Your work will directly contribute to the adoption of cutting‑edge manufacturing systems and processes in a highly prestigious environment.
Key Responsibilities Of The Manufacturing Systems Trainer
- Training Delivery and Development: Design, develop, and deliver role‑based user training, including classroom courses, online content, assessments, and simulation exercises. Create blended learning materials and assess user knowledge at different levels, including quick reference guides and videos. Organize and conduct on‑site/off‑site training events, ensuring timely and effective delivery across global sites.
- Stakeholder Engagement And Management: Define and manage stakeholder engagement, aligning stakeholders and securing buy‑in for training plans and deployment releases. Identify and onboard Early Adopters and Super Users, ensuring active engagement for the successful adoption of new systems. Develop and manage training and engagement plans for all stakeholder groups.
- Change Management And Adoption: Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, and System specialists to ensure business readiness for new manufacturing systems. Evaluate the impact of training through post‑training assessments and continuous feedback loops. Monitor and manage the overall impact of change, ensuring that it is successfully adopted and sustained. Create and support communication efforts to engage users and ensure successful deployment.
- Collaboration and Cross‑functional Teamwork: Work closely with the global team, including colleagues from diverse regions (Europe, China, India, Brazil, Slovakia, etc.), to understand training needs and deliver tailored solutions. Liaise between business, technology, and support teams to ensure the effective and smooth integration of training programs.
