A great opportunity has just become available to join a well established company with a global customer base, across various sectors.

They are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager who ideally has prior experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing Environment.

You will have full autonomy over a range of disciplines and be responsible for leading technical projects and asset lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all technical facilities operations across engineering, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Manage contractor performance and ensure safe, efficient building operations.
  • Deliver asset improvement, refurbishment, and sustainability projects.
  • Build and develop a high: performing internal facilities team.
  • Drive continuous improvement through robust standards and procedures.

• What we are looking for

  • Qualified in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing facilities within complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of M and E and building systems.
  • Confident managing contractors, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Proven people leadership and team development experience.
  • Professional membership (IWFM/CIBSE) and sustainability knowledge desirable.
