Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team across operations, marketing, sales, and design.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Oversee the sales strategies, both in retail and e-commerce, and ensure the brand’s voice is consistently represented.
