Leeds, West Yorkshire: Office-based

Salary: A GBP 26,000 to A GBP 28,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

The Role

As part of our friendly, close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for managing maintenance requests from start to finish, keeping customers informed, and ensuring all jobs are handled quickly and effectively.

Your Main Duties Will Include

  • Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and contractors.
  • Logging and managing maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with engineers and internal teams to coordinate work.
  • Maintaining detailed records and file notes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

This is a busy, customer-facing role ideal for someone who is organised, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
