Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and manage the full 360 recruitment cycle in a dynamic role with varying day-to-day activities.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new construction clients across Kent and the wider South East.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision makers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Head hunt, interview, and match high-calibre candidates to roles, ensuring the best talent is placed.
- Market Expertise: Become the go-to expert in your specialist construction field.
- Goal Achievement: Work towards and exceed both personal and team revenue targets.
